Dr Amine Delage is the founder of L&P Management. He believes every human being can go beyond their limits and that people need to believe in their own potential.

Based in Singapore, Amine has over 25 years of business experience, including coaching individuals and teams for high performance and leadership development.

His clients are senior executives and emerging leaders across the APAC region, working in oil and gas, geoscience, banking, hospitality, retail, insurance, education, and the health sector. Companies he has worked with include CGG Services, TOTAL Group, Essilor, Givaudan, BASF, Burberry, Nike, and Unilever.

Amine is able to coach a diverse range of individuals in French, Arabic, and English. This allows him to help bridge the gaps that many companies face today, which affect their business performance.

Highly experienced in individual and team assessments, his skills include using Benchmarks (360-degree assessments), Workplace Big5, MBTI, FIRO-B, Influence Style Indicator, Insights Discovery, HOGAN, Team Management System, and Emotions and Behaviours at Work (EBW).

Naazreen is a budding entrepreneur who has been practising yoga for 10 years.  An avid learner, she holds a certification in yoga wellness coaching.

She enjoys working with people who are interested in making lifestyle changes, incorporating nutrition and well-being beyond the mat.  Apart from running classes for groups, she has also taken YOGA beyond the mat and into the workspace, incorporating various yoga techniques into the workspace.

She believes yoga is for everyone and can be practised anywhere. Her clients appreciate her calm, friendly demeanour and clear instructional style, which emphasises alignment, inner awareness, and a touch of fun.
