Amine Delage is the founder of L&P Management. He believes that “every human being is capable of going beyond his limits, and that people need to believe in their own potential.”

Based in Singapore, Amine has over 25 years of business experience, which includes individual and team coaching for high performance and leadership development.

His clients are senior executives and emerging leaders across the APAC region, working in oil and gas, geoscience, banking, hospitality, retail, insurance, education and the health sector. Some of the companies he has worked with include CGG Services, TOTAL Group, Essilor, Givaudan, BASF, Burberry, Nike and Unilever.

Amine is able to coach a diverse range of individuals with multi-lingual abilities in French, Arabic and English. This allows him to help bridge any gaps that many companies face today, which affect their business performance.

Highly experienced in individual and team assessments, his competencies include utilising Benchmarks (360-degree assessments), Workplace Big5, MBTI, FIRO-B, Influence Style Indicator, Insights Discovery, HOGAN, Team Management System and Emotions and Behaviours at Work (“EBW”).

Naazreen is a budding entrepreneur who has been practising yoga since 10 years.  An avid learner, she holds a certification in teaching yoga to adults and children. She is currently pursuing a certification in integrated approach in yoga therapy with hands on experience in managing various symptoms and disease related conditions under the guidance of Dr Satyam Tripathi at Union Yoga Ayurveda.

She enjoys working with people who are interested in making lifestyle changes incorporating nutrition and well-being beyond the mat.  Apart from running classes for groups, she has also taken YOGA beyond the mat and into the workspace incorporating the various yoga techniques in a workstation.

She is also available for individual sessions in the comfort of your home.  She believes that YOGA is for every body and can be done anywhere. Her clients appreciate her calm and friendly demeanor, with clear instructional style focusing on alignment, inner awareness and a dose of fun.
